How to make Lavender Bundles
Lavender bundles are easy craft items. If you have harvested your Lavender flower stems and hung them to dry then you have the raw ingredients necessary to make Lavender sheaf bundles.
A bundle or sheaf is simply a large grouping of flower stems bound together with a pretty ribbon or twine. Flowers may be fresh cut Lavender or you may use stems that you have previously harvested and have dried upside down.
Lay your bunch of flower stems down and make sure to cut the bottoms so that they will all line up. Secure the flower bundle with twine, raffia or ribbon.
You may make the Lavender flower bundles as large as you like and if you gently splay the bottom stems outwards they will stand up unsupported.You may also place them in large vases.
Try grouping stems together of different colored flower blooms for visual interest.
