Diffusing Lavender Oil

      Lavender aromatherapy can relax and relieve stress, improve your mood helping to improve your productivity.  Aromatherapy diffusers provide a simple way to receive the benefits of aromatherapy.  There are several models of diffusers available to use for aromatherapy treatments or to just plain add fragrance to the air naturally!

     Diffusers can release the Lavender essential oils into the air by using several different methods.  Some use a fan, some use warmth,  others nebulize the oils, or ultrasonically release a water and essential oil mist. Reed diffusers and terra cotta diffusers use evaporation methods.  You may choose electric diffusers with timers, or candle powered. There are a lot of choices.

     Which way is best?  The answer depends on your preference, needs, room size and budget. I myself have chosen an electric ultrasonic diffuser with a timer and auto shut-off feature for safety.
